My name is Gili Bitton, and I’m the owner of Gili’s Sub Shop Cafe. I am originally from Telaviv, Israel, but I have lived in South Florida for the past 25 years. I have always had a passion for cooking and serving, and starting in 2003, my dream came true when I opened Gili’s Sub Shop Cafe!
